Trade fair Stuttgart

The reception area of the Stuttgart trade frair building is an impressive space with a lot of glass and natural light. A horizontal shade installed under the glass roof ensures pleasant indoor temperatures. It consists of 80 fabric-covered louvres up to 7.5 metres long, which can be rotated by 90° along the horizontal axis. The designers of the solar shading system (Hassinger, based in Ludwigshafen, Germany) used a drive solution from elero Linear actuator technology that reliably positions the louvres with extreme precision. Thanks to their compact size, Econom 0 drives are easy to integrate into the delicate solar shading system.
